  • Everyone had a terrific day! The weather was great, the course officials were very helpful (the cart coordination really helped), the food (especially lunch) was good and served on time! People couldn’t say enough about lunch – really awesome! The most important part of dinner “the steaks” were perfect as well as the potatoes, corn, etc.! Looking forward to being back again next year! Cheers.

“We had a wonderful tournament! The weather was beautiful. I have nothing but praise for the Oak Hills staff. Garry (volunteer) at registration was very patient, helpful and professional getting people their carts and assigning their start holes. Ron Richards (volunteer) is a wonderful ambassador for Oak Hills. He also sees everything and trouble shoots when necessary and is so helpful. He is a genuinely nice man who goes out of his way to ensure everyone has a good time and has what they need. They have a busy job! In the club house, Kelly Mumby is amazing. Always smiling, always helpful…but also lets you know what the limits are. I like that. She sets up a beautiful room and thinks ahead about the particular needs of the group. She was very pleasant to all the golfers and is certainly the face people recognize! Nick is always great to have around and pitches in where necessary. He responds quickly to questions and situations, seems to have a great way of pulling things together and making sure all runs smoothly. Lydia was a new face to me, but what a great gal! So sweet on the beverage cart and very approachable and clever! The room worked out really well for our group. I found the layout that Kelly planned was perfect for the space, flow and access to our silent auction area and the food. The food was fantastic! The course was in great shape and many people commented on how wonderful the greens were. It was great to see Andy out on the course checking on our tournament! What a great guy! Christina was wonderful in helping me along with the contract. I know I have a lot of questions, and she was great to help me through my first ever golf tournament planning! Thanks Oak Hills.”

  • The tournament couldn’t have gone any better for us on Saturday. Thank you so much for everything that you and the staff at Oak Hills did to make it run like it did. The food was fantastic, I received many compliments about everything. The staff at the course was amazing, they helped out a lot and I really can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate it. Most importantly though thank you for helping out as much as you did. You were the line of communication with the course that I needed and really you did so much to help out and get everything in order, and like the staff at Oak Hills I can’t tell you enough how much it was all appreciated. So thank you thank you thank you. The weather was even co-operative! We had the sun shining down on us by the last 3 or 4 holes. I really never would have imagined it could have turned out as perfectly as it did…. I was waiting for that one thing to happen that would put a damper on things, but alas it never happened. With all of this said, the plan is to do this annually. I think I speak for everyone when I say that we all had a great time at Oak Hills. The plan for next year would be to make it a little later in the summer in August or possibly September. But we definitely plan on doing it again at Oak Hills. I would love to be able to book up the whole course with 144 people. Thanks again for everything,
